-2x6 Pressure Treated Floor Joist 16" On-Center.

-LP Legacy Premium Sub-Flooring Treated with epoxies, gorilla glue, and wax, this shed floor is virtually waterproof & sag-proof. Top of the line stuff! Click Here if you’d like to see more about the floor sheathing.
-Tuff Block Footers Combined with 4x4 Pressure Treated Posts, allows us to level a shed on most terrain, and establish an exceptionally strong and stable foundation.
Foundation
Wall Panels & Framing
-LP SmartSide Panels Are used for the wall sheathing. They have a cedar wood grain texture, are primed + painted in a beige color, and are engineered with epoxy resins that repel moisture, pests and weather. Another top of the line product, find more info Here.
-Walls Are framed 24" on-center, 6.5 feet tall, and secured with DeWalt 3" galvanized ring shank nails, ensuring strong, durable walls.

-Royal PVC Trim Is placed around the windows, doors, and corners.​

Will Never Rot, Fade, or Need To Be Painted!
​​
This trim is made of PVC, and is virtually indestructible to the elements. Other shed builders typically don’t use this, and as a result the trim is usually first to fade, and make your shed look old.
Trim
-Roof Overhangs Protrude 4-inches from the exterior shed walls, which prevents rain from running off the roof and directly down the walls, keeping your shed clean.
-Aluminum Drip Edge Flashing is placed over all of the overhangs to ensure no water comes in contact with wood.
-Gable Vents Are installed on each end to allow for proper ventilation.
